00:06:34: I envisage you're at the dinner table.
00:06:37: Yeah
00:06:38: everyone's relaxing
00:06:40: that's it.
00:06:41: Or it could be the flip for somebody.
00:06:43: It could be a shift worker that's just getting ready to go out, so they're having some family time and then that shift worker is going to work Now...it may be the parent who left behind is thinking fantastic I've got some times with myself or maybe their like you know what.
00:07:00: this shift thing has gotta stop because i need family time now on a Sunday even if your working on a sunday.
00:07:07: The sunday energy is different.

00:07:12: it?
00:07:12: Easy.
00:07:13: And I find that my show on a Sunday on Smooth is less structured.
00:07:17: Wow!
00:07:18: Interesting.
00:07:19: So...I'm not doing travel updates unless there was something really needed.
00:07:25: Absolutely.
00:07:26: It's about how would you Friday or Saturday?
00:07:29: what the plan for Sunday?

00:08:03: Every day?
00:08:04: Yeah, but there's something about a Sunday.
00:08:07: I do believe that i feel like the energy of a sunday is the beginning Of The new week.
00:08:14: it's
00:08:14: the reset.
00:08:15: It's a reset right.

00:09:01: THAT?!
00:09:05: I look after my voice.
00:09:08: I'm an ex-smoker.
00:09:11: When the light bulb went ON FOR ME That THIS IS YOUR CRAFT This Is Your Job.
00:09:18: I gave up cigarettes
00:09:20: Like that?

00:09:22: I read a book called Easy Way to Stop Smoking by Alan Carr, and all...I knew everything!
00:09:29: Everything he put in that book i knew but it was the chapter that said- It was a build up To The Chapter That Said We're Moving On Now To The Benefits of Smoking And The way He Built Up This Chapter.

00:09:56: It's fantastic.
00:09:58: and I thought if i were A plumber And my tools would stolen
00:10:06: yes,
00:10:07: that's My job out the window.
00:10:10: If I wear a carpenter Yeah?
00:10:12: If I wore a dancer and broke my leg or my ballet shoes all my tap shoes got stolen.
00:10:17: and I Thought Angela do you know You could break an arm or break a leg, you could have diarrhea.
00:10:27: You can
00:10:28: still go to work!
00:10:31: So I had to really look after this tool.
00:10:34: when vaping came in...I started to vape because i liked the flavours.
00:10:41: but I thought no Angela ...you've got to look after.
00:10:43: so it is honey lemon.
00:10:50: No.
00:10:50: cold drinks before I go on a night out.
00:10:53: Yeah, you know
00:10:54: very careful loud
00:10:55: places we have to go.
00:10:56: hi yeah i've got be very very careful.
00:10:59: warm drinks because they soften the vocal cords.
00:11:04: yes cold drinks not good.
00:11:07: same sugar no.
00:11:08: so i don't do fizzy drink.
00:11:10: yep um i drink three liters of water a day.
00:11:15: I like honey and lemon, i like lemon and ginger.
00:11:18: And i make that myself.
00:11:20: so i get the fresh ginger...i peel it..I shave it ..i put in the cup ...it's a ritual!
00:11:25: Hot water , i smell that aroma coming up .
00:11:28: I squeeze the lemon.
00:11:29: um you've got to look after your tool.... I once heard Barbara Streisand say that ....oh
00:11:35: boy
00:11:36: okay
00:11:37: don't talk about the master of the voice !
00:11:39: Okay
00:11:40: i once heard her say words Interesting.
00:11:45: Is her voice?
00:11:47: She sharpens it, she looks after it You know?
00:11:52: She checks in on it.
00:11:54: And I thought well Angela okay you may only be doing a three hour radio show.
00:11:59: this woman's doing live shows and albums But its the same thing.
00:12:03: It is The Same Thing.
00:12:04: You
00:12:04: look After Your Tool.
00:12:06: Yes When we had our little conversation before This You were talking about how important it was as A Woman to follow that gut instinct and your intuition.
00:12:22: And this is coming together with the tool because without it, you're not talking or expressing from that authentic place.
00:12:31: Not at
00:12:31: all!
00:12:33: This is needed in radio as well... Because YOU
00:12:35: CAN TELL!
00:12:36: Well say it go on You can
00:12:38: tell if someone's saying something.
00:12:40: yet I'm just not buying.
00:12:44: Well, look.
00:12:45: Anybody can go into a radio studio and read...
00:12:50: What's on the paper?
00:12:51: ...What's
00:12:51: On Paper!
00:12:53: But are you speaking to your listener from your soul?
00:12:59: Are you speaking for your listener in place of understanding?
00:13:04: So I've done many radio shows at different times.
00:13:09: Yes
00:13:12: My language to somebody who's on late-night radio is going be very different.
00:13:17: To my language, to someone listening to me on drive time.
00:13:21: My language for someone listening in the morning... You have to feel and understand your listener!
00:13:37: Being a female doesn't mean that I only broadcast to females, but i do get the Female connection.
00:13:47: Yes when I do broadcast.
00:13:50: I think of the parental collection Connection.
00:13:52: Wow!
00:13:53: I
00:13:54: Think Of The Student Connection.
00:13:58: Your
00:13:59: brain is just listening to you thinking I don't think I could Do all That and I think that's the gift.
00:14:07: The gift is to be able... I think you've heard about this as a musician, the split brain where you can hear music in your studio and singing.
00:14:20: Is that similar for
00:14:22: what should
00:14:22: happen?
00:14:23: Very
00:14:23: much so!
00:14:23: Like you're hearing here or speaking there
00:14:26: or
00:14:27: looking a bit
00:14:27: loopy?!
00:14:30: I think women are female octopuses.
00:14:38: I feel like a human octopus sometimes, so here and there
00:14:41: tell us.
00:14:41: So okay you are a woman if your wife that's the different arm If your mother thats'a different arm.
00:14:53: And then as a mother You're a chef A doctor An unpaid Uber driver Your cleaner Youre business person Because to run a home That takes a business brain.
00:15:09: So you're For want of a better way putting it making sure there's always food in the cupboards and the fridge.
00:15:16: You're making sure that your kids are ready for school after school.
00:15:20: There's a lot to do.
00:15:21: yeah, I see that as well as a radio presenter.
00:15:26: so I imagine myself at The head of a table And i'm at dinner party different guests, sitting around the table.
00:15:38: Different ages, different races, different sexes and whilst I'm playing my three songs in a row we're eating ,we're drinking... And then when i open the mic..I am talking to my dinner guests.
00:15:51: Wow!
00:15:53: What a visualisation.
00:15:55: That's how I see it.
00:15:57: So ..i may have male guest I may have female guests.
00:16:01: I may black guest, white guests,
00:16:04: Asian guests,
00:16:06: vegan guests vegetarian guests
00:16:09: all of them.
00:16:10: so
00:16:10: you find the language that doesn't offend any off your guests and i say that without apology.
00:16:19: that is a skill.
00:16:21: uh
00:16:22: i have to say there is a huge skill.
00:16:24: yeah it's probably one that would be top of the list right
00:16:27: absolutely Absolutely.
00:16:29: So, I may play an artist who is not necessarily in my personal record collection... So
00:16:39: how does it
00:16:40: happen?
00:16:40: Is there music chosen...?
00:16:41: Nobody around the dinner table needs to know that!
00:16:44: Nobody around a dinner table need's to know.
00:16:47: i don't have this artist but im telling you about this artist
00:16:52: Interesting.
00:16:54: it's a language that is non-offensive, its universal.
00:16:58: It has got to be warm and connecting And I say this without apology as a gift...and i love it!
00:17:07: I absolutely love her.
00:17:08: Wow
00:17:08: That is....I've never heard of the way until now.
00:17:13: I guess it was an artist who knew how to do that because you are literally putting yourself out there.
00:17:22: Well, yeah.
00:17:23: I mean imagine now you're getting ready to go on stage To an audience of five hundred people and let's assume two hundred know-you
00:17:33: And the others
00:17:34: they've all bought a friend.
00:17:36: Yeah That's four hundred.
00:17:38: Let's say that the other one hundred don't know.
00:17:40: You Don't Know Who?
00:17:41: Are Never Heard Of?
00:17:42: You Have Nothing To...You Know They're Not Connecting To Your Musical Genre.
00:17:48: You Don'T Know That.
00:17:50: But your job when you walk out on stage is to envelope each and every one there You go with your voice so that the two hundred That bought a friend are gonna.
00:18:02: Go home saying I told her she was good
00:18:04: Yeah, yeah And they're
00:18:05: going.
00:18:05: oh, yeah, I'm no one hundred of going.
00:18:07: my goodness i've never heard this woman before but My goodness!
00:18:09: I'm Gonna get.
00:18:10: I'm gonna check her out now on Spotify.
00:18:14: There ya go and your voice, and your presence... Your stage presence.
00:18:18: You're the way you entertain and speak to people in between.
00:18:22: each song does that!
00:18:24: That is your voice and then some.
00:18:29: You've said your voice so many times and this it's what its about I'm bringing back to.
00:18:35: the female voice
00:18:38: holds SO much power It does And the female voice now is a voice that can be heard unapologetically.
00:18:50: I think females are in a place now where they can unapolegetically use their voices.
00:18:59: even if we look at work genre, let's look at myself as a radio presenter.
00:19:04: when i started in radio In HR The station I was at had one female presenter.
00:19:11: Now, this is a story.
00:19:13: If you look at the amount of female presenters there are now because we can unapologetically use our voices let's take it out of radio.
00:19:23: Let's Look in the Corporate World.
00:19:26: The corporate world Is still quite cutthroat But the female...the rise Of the female In the corporate world I believe Has softened.
00:19:38: Yeah!
00:19:39: ...The need to be so cutthroat, there's no need to be cutthroat.
00:19:44: Why do you want to be that?
00:19:45: Why don't we all have to be the same!
00:19:47: Absolutely.
00:19:48: and if you want get best out of somebody why not use that softer female delivery to get the best out some body?
00:19:57: Yes
00:19:58: I agree There would a time when maybe call for a handy...I'm going say a handy man.
00:20:04: It is now a handy person.
00:20:06: There ya go.
00:20:08: There's many sites at the moment, let us take TaskRabbit which is a site.
00:20:14: If you have a job that needs doing in your home... Let just say you need a flat pack cupboard or bed building.
00:20:23: You would call TaskRabbit and automatically assume but man will turn
00:20:27: up
00:20:28: A female turning up.
00:20:32: I think it's
00:20:33: a hole.
00:20:34: It has different energies and I do think the female voice, and the female energy is starting to move its tentacles around the world.
00:20:45: And it's a beautiful thing... Yes!
00:20:47: It is a beautiful things.
00:20:49: How
00:20:49: would you position this?
00:20:51: To say that even to this extent of female voice Is bringing healing
00:20:57: into the world?
00:20:58: Definitely
00:20:58: Now without sounding like i'm going off into fairyland?
00:21:02: No no not at all.
00:21:03: But there are kind soothing
00:21:07: or
00:21:08: transformational part of this and I want you to express that, To our audience about how important That is in these times era.
00:21:20: We're living now as we merge with technology.
00:21:25: Yes from a healing perspective because women whether their mothers are not have different nurturing spirit.
00:21:42: Let's say... I'm not saying men don't have a nurturing spirit, let's say to put it bluntly that the female nurturing seed is slightly larger than the male nurturing seed.
00:22:00: and from the perspective of being in HR?
00:22:09: the conversations that I would have with females were different to the conversation so had with males because there was this need.
00:22:20: To appear, too be strong.
00:22:24: Wow!
00:22:24: There was a need to make sure that a male was not being vulnerable.
00:22:29: but it's power invulnerability
00:22:31: absolutely
00:22:32: power in it and i do feel with the female voice becoming stronger in the workplace, whatever that work place is.
00:22:41: It's giving healing vibes...
00:22:45: Everywhere!
00:22:47: ...and the permission to give those healing vibes is actually less because it's become more of a natural thing.
00:22:55: Becoming normal?
00:22:56: Yeah
00:22:57: And there's not much talk about these things.
00:22:59: Well once upon time if you said your had therapist people thought were crazy.
00:23:04: Now it's
00:23:04: like, who is your therapist?
00:23:07: Right.
00:23:07: Well having a therapist in America was like a fashion statement... Yes!
00:23:12: ...having a therapist In the UK something Was wrong with you.
00:23:17: Yeah But we're now in A place whereby I believe We've all acknowledged That our inner child Needs healing.
00:23:28: We are All damaged in some way, there's different levels of
00:23:33: damage.
00:23:33: Where do you heal?
00:23:34: Yeah!
00:23:35: There are different levels for trauma and we've all got this inner child in us that desires healing which is why go ahead making the same mistakes over again because a little child crying out saying please help me I need some healing.
00:23:54: so i think As women, and I say this unapologetically are more open about the fact that we desire and require healing in order to grow.
00:24:10: The female healing spirit is now something... Well it's the norm now isn't?
00:24:18: It IS a norm!
00:24:18: And its not just one type of therapy.
00:24:21: Not at all.
00:24:21: You're going see a psychologist who has many ways healing which cannot be ignored.
00:24:28: No, because if you want to be authentic and you want it true yourself... You have to face those shadows or bits that are coming constantly!
00:24:40: And then think well they just go away but it won't go until your face
00:24:44: is it?
00:24:45: It will not go until you heal.
00:24:46: I always say sometimes the hardest task Is do a one-eighty and face your fears But in doing that one
00:24:59: E.T.,
00:25:01: it will be frightening, yeah?
00:25:03: It will hurt but you have to go through that To get the other side on.
00:25:10: the other Side of fear is freedom
00:25:15: Exactly.
00:25:16: and I tell a story too when i talk to students And I never and make it a media story.
00:25:25: So I talk about the man who's in The Jungle, I ask them all if they've seen the film Jumanji with Robin Williams.
00:25:32: Okay so he is In The Jungle And here's a Russell.
00:25:35: He thinks oh my goodness i better start running!
00:25:49: But then he gets to end of The Jungle.
00:25:53: Now you either jump and swim or turn around, face this tiger.
00:26:00: One of two things will happen!
00:26:03: You'll either face the Tiger...or you'll jump.
00:26:07: He decides to turn around.
00:26:09: He's sweating his heart is pumping.
00:26:11: he faces the tiger when it turns round its a kitten.
00:26:15: Isn't that all happening?
00:26:16: Because It's in here!
00:26:18: And then more we ignore bigger the issue becomes.
00:26:23: Please tell this, you know it's so important that women hear these because I think... It is an unspoken taboo.
00:26:32: we don't talk about these
00:26:36: fears.
00:26:39: and where does fear come from?
00:26:42: Something was planted in possibly as a child that you never dealt with and so it gets bigger, and bigger.
00:26:50: If you tell a child over again they're going to grow up believing their disgusting And then when they start to achieve things They'll never get full potential because the mask is gonna drop and somebody's actually see the truth.
00:27:08: I am disgusting but not disgusting.
00:27:10: It was something told
00:27:14: whether it's caretaker or mother-father, they got their own situation.
00:27:19: Because you don't... If you didn't I mean how can you project on a child and tell the child that?
00:27:26: Do you know what i mean?
00:27:27: You wouldn't do that but then begin.. And thats where its goes back to in the child needing healing.
00:27:34: Self awareness self regulates body.
00:27:38: heart says self everywhere.
00:27:39: yeah we have self-work.
00:27:44: Nobody is going to feel that void, no one's going to heal you!
00:27:50: You have to face it at one point the responsibility and if you want to elevate into your
00:27:58: calling... And I do believe humans are now getting that message.
00:28:04: yes
00:28:05: i think women are more vocal about it.
00:28:08: i'm not saying men aren't And I love when I do meet a man who is open about the fact that he's damaged.
00:28:18: He needs healing because he wants to be the best that you can be, and it's more regular than meeting someone doing this.
00:28:25: Who's
00:28:25: pioneering at trailblazing or starting out?
00:28:29: We're in crossroads so creative era is about
00:28:36: shifting
00:28:36: into another dimension!
00:28:39: Yeah.
00:28:39: And we either jump on board like he said, face that or become really not small but kind of... Well
00:28:49: you remain stuck don't you?
00:28:52: You stay stuck and I think women because we have all these hats that wear.
00:29:04: it's almost as though forgive ourselves both for being on the hamster's wheel because whilst we're running and running, but you still do all this running.
00:29:18: And then you get off of the hamsters' wheel in your exact same place where you started.
00:29:23: my daughter used to have a hamster that hamster use to run about ten miles per day.
00:29:27: when it got off the wheels was exactly Override that because whilst we were running We went to work.
00:29:36: We did the homework, we cook the dinner and clean The house but still in the same place.
00:29:42: And we have to acknowledge that healing needs To take place.
00:29:45: so we need listen to our own inner voice Because while we're running those messages are still going around in our head.
00:29:52: but because we've cooked the meal, because we have done this.
00:29:56: We think right well I achieved it off and i'll leave the voice for now!
00:30:00: It's gonna come
00:30:01: back...it is going to push you anyway..I feel like energetically we're going be pushed into using out voice authentically somehow with technology yes....we
00:30:16: will never get away from that.
00:30:18: We'll never get away from it.
00:30:19: and however you choose to use that technology or not at some point, You're going to have to face your fears Your trauma.
00:30:27: Your pain because your voice whether you are in radio whatever profession
00:30:34: Yes
00:30:34: Look!
00:30:35: You could work In a shop.
00:30:40: How you serve A customer Could change their day.
00:30:46: My daughter works in social housing.
00:30:49: She works from home on a Monday and sometimes I sit there, And i listen to her talk To people who have got homeless cases.
00:30:59: They are their lives are nowhere near.
00:31:02: they didn't plan the lives.
00:31:04: Their lives are no where near what they had envisaged.
00:31:06: When my daughter speaks to these People out of temporary accommodation.
00:31:17: The way that they... Oh my goodness, the way that say to her you have no idea how much we've made
00:31:24: in our
00:31:25: day and she's got a lovely voice but it is her tone.
00:31:30: It is what she talks about these people.
00:31:32: so We must be realistic when living at times where our voice Our mission The work which do is going to change lives.
00:31:47: Oh my goodness!
00:31:48: And we need to be aware of our own inner child who needs to be healed and come out... Your inner child can still be in there, you can do the work that you've got to do.
00:32:05: Imagine when your inner child is healed?
00:32:09: I think
00:32:10: nothing would be impossible everything, actually it probably collapsed time and space.
00:32:17: And then everything you've desired becomes an honest reality in front of
00:32:22: you.".
00:32:24: I think that's where we're at... In moving forward imagination is the key because we have so many tools we can use now!
00:32:38: So many platforms!
00:32:39: Yeah?
00:32:39: I
00:32:40: always say to everyone if you have no excuse not be heard You have no excuse.
00:32:46: And utilising platforms, and this is something... I'm really glad you brought that up!
00:32:52: I'm on Instagram or Facebook comes in but i am very much radio driven.
00:33:00: Yes
00:33:01: So im at the moment
00:33:03: You're in that place.
00:33:05: Yeah
00:33:06: Im finding that social media isn't my strongest skill.
00:33:14: So I tend to talk quite a lot on social media about what I do on radio.
00:33:18: Whereas, I find my social media audience want-to know what i'm doing outside of radio and
00:33:26: this
00:33:26: is where I am starting to compile videos now To use My Voice.
00:33:31: Now.
00:33:32: it could just be... How was your day today?
00:33:36: It could Just Be..I did an Insta post.
00:33:39: I Did A Post On Instastory.
00:33:41: Not Long ago.
00:33:42: I got a parking ticket.
00:33:44: I went to pay for it, but don't remember getting the letter offering me a reduced rate within fourteen days.
00:33:52: So i'm in my car and am actually telling this story!
00:33:56: And something is saying... Don't just yet call your company and find out whether they sent you a letter allowing them to pay within fourteen days or if so can have copy?
00:34:10: And it just so happened that because I called, they then said... Because you've called.
00:34:16: You can pay at the reduced rate.
00:34:17: So I then said well had i not called you would you have taken this humongous amount of money?
00:34:21: and They said yes.
00:34:22: now I told That story on insta-story.
00:34:26: The amount of response I get!
00:34:28: So thats another way Of using your voice.
00:34:33: What I'm now working on is telling the stories, on social media that i don't have time to tell on music radio.
00:34:42: So thats something im really working on!
00:34:44: And this your real life?
00:34:46: Absolutely This not saying what you do its not real life but it's another snippet of whats going in Angie's day today
00:34:54: and Im very open about the fact.
00:34:59: primary skill and I'm working through it.
00:35:02: And the amount of people that say, do you know what Ange?
00:35:04: I hear it because i don't understand why people want to see me getting dressed...I don't Understand Why People Want!
00:35:11: But It's Telling Stories isn't it?
00:35:14: It is using your voice.
00:35:16: It's Utilising Your Tools
00:35:18: On
00:35:19: Platforms To Assist People.
00:35:21: Now..i Know A Lot Of People Get Trolled.
00:35:25: I always say, if you've got the time to troll that is your business.
00:35:28: You need...
00:35:29: I don't know how people write some essays down these
00:35:31: guys!
00:35:32: You need to look into yourself as to why you'd rather troll than praise and that's down to you.
00:35:39: but it is at this time we're in such a great place to utilize platforms To tell our stories because believe or not We are all going through the same thing.
00:35:53: Oh yeah All going through some kind of ups and downs or rounds.
00:35:58: We all get better
00:35:59: at it, we're all changing careers.
00:36:03: suddenly you doing these things so
00:36:06: share the stories
00:36:06: And it inspires others.
00:36:13: You have a perfect position to inspire
00:36:16: So many women Which is one that's really interesting.
00:36:21: when?
00:36:21: When you asked me come on here my initial was oh my goodness I can't because Social media is not my primary skill, but what's an opportunity to start to develop that?
00:36:35: What are opportunities to start developing it and just share.
00:36:39: And not feel vulnerable... Not feel vulnerably negative about sharing because there's power in vulnerability
00:36:49: But we don't know where from this point you might go.
00:36:53: I'm going all-in
00:36:55: now!
00:36:56: There ya go.
00:36:56: I
00:36:57: feel comfortable with it.
00:36:59: It just...it elevates to the next level and you can also see that as we're talking here, its inspiring me!
00:37:08: But thats out of this isn't?
00:37:10: Its about giving & sharing the light
00:37:14: And Giving & Sharing your own story Because We all have our own story, and somewhere along the lines are stories meet.
00:37:28: But they do because you can say something to somebody... Do I like that?
00:37:38: That's now going to put me in a place whereby I've been down this road all the time.
00:37:43: I have seen these side roads but you just said something for me, do know what?
00:37:48: Let me take risk and go on that side road.
00:37:51: let me see what i'm gonna learn from.
00:37:55: it might bring back my road then continue with more knowledge because I went on the side road.
00:38:05: There's
00:38:06: a guy in America called Andre De Shields.
00:38:09: He is an actor, he's in the theatre.
00:38:15: Flamboyant isn't understatement!
00:38:17: I believe that he's currently in Cats but i loved him at Hades Town and said his three carnal rules have kept him going as long.
00:38:32: Surround yourself with people whose eyes light up when they see you coming.
00:38:39: Oh wow, I like
00:38:41: that!
00:38:41: Slowly is the quickest way to get where need be.
00:38:47: Listen up...
00:38:49: And top of one mountain is bottom of another.
00:38:53: so keep climbing.
00:38:55: Top of one Mountain?
00:38:57: Is the BOTTOM OF ANOTHER?
00:38:59: Isn't it
00:39:00: life?!
00:39:01: Isn't that life?
00:39:02: You don't stay at the top of the mountain.
00:39:05: No, now
00:39:05: there he is in the States receiving an award
00:39:09: and says
00:39:09: these three things And I'm like
00:39:13: yeah my goodness breathe that in
00:39:15: My goodness!
00:39:16: And i just love him for that.
00:39:19: The other nugget I'd like to share with you.
00:39:22: I'll send this.
00:39:24: maybe want put it as overlay on.
00:39:28: There is a beautiful meme of the little girl in some pink silk pajamas, and she's touching a mirror.
00:39:40: And on the other side of the mirror Is her grown self In the same pink pyjamas.
00:39:48: so Little Angie is touching Grown Angie and The caption is...and-the little girl is crying.
00:39:57: So Little Angie's crying.
00:39:59: Big Angie is there and the caption is, The pain was not your fault.
00:40:06: But the healing Is your responsibility.
00:40:10: Oh wow And just hearing that it makes you go inside and You do ask yourself a question Where am I in pain?
00:40:29: Yeah where people think oh You wouldn't have Pretty bad.
00:40:36: But we're all carrying something.
00:40:38: We'll
00:40:38: carry, yeah and you know as a woman...we carry but still carry
00:40:45: on!
00:40:45: Yeah we do.
00:40:47: well it's uh....
00:40:49: We have this gift of just being able to..... It
00:40:54: is the gift?
00:40:58: I also say that it is a crutch because if God forbid were to break your leg.
00:41:10: Once you're leg is healed, do give the crutches back to hospital don't you?
00:41:15: So why did we hold on this crunch?
00:41:20: Is it because feel like giving and giving so much that we dont have time to deal or heal ourselves.
00:41:29: but in giving and given what?
00:41:32: if you burn out who are you then going to give too, have nothing left.
00:41:38: You can't get from an empty cup so as much it hurts...you've got do a one eighty and deal with that.
00:41:50: but I understand why we are doing this.
00:41:54: the world is changing.
00:41:57: We don't want to be left behind.
00:41:59: So if i just carry on Do you
00:42:02: have to pause?
00:42:03: There's a pause moment.
00:42:05: You've got to refuel, wouldn't it be wonderful if you could drive your car without refuelling even your electric car!
00:42:13: You've gotta recharge it...you've gotta re-charge batteries.
00:42:17: We must re-charge.
00:42:18: The other day I got my car serviced.
00:42:21: It was really funny and i went to drive off.
00:42:24: the mechanic still had a key in his pocket.
00:42:28: Now that car started He was like, Ang!
00:42:32: Ang!
00:42:33: And I said oh my god that's it.
00:42:34: I've gone already and he says you know what?
00:42:37: You could have driven
00:42:39: home...I had not even known
00:42:41: the key wasn't even.
00:42:42: ...you could of driven to Scotland but the minute you stop that car because It won't restart Because
00:42:50: we
00:42:50: have to recharge We have to have right keys To open the right doors.
00:42:57: Wow
00:42:58: That's very important.
00:43:00: Yeah,
00:43:00: you have to... And
00:43:01: this is a spiritual recharge.
00:43:02: I do believe it's not just physical that eyes will sit down and watch ten hours of reality TV or something.
00:43:08: No!
00:43:08: I'm talking about going in deep into a spiritual reset which i think should happen regularly all the time?
00:43:18: I say we need to have re-checks mentally, physically, emotionally spiritually, financially.
00:43:31: Yes and we need to also look at how we spend our time
00:43:35: which is a commodity now
00:43:37: yeah?
00:43:37: Yeah so you can keep going and go in and going... How much time are you investing in yourself?
00:43:44: yes
00:43:45: how much time Are You using To replenish your spirit Your emotions Your physical body Your soul?
00:43:55: What's the soul saying?
00:43:59: Look, you can keep going.
00:44:03: You can if... That's
00:44:05: robotic!
00:44:06: Right
00:44:06: but If don't check in with yourself
00:44:13: Ask your self
00:44:15: Ya know?
00:44:16: If you don't listen to your own inner voice Within I dont'know weeks days of checking-in With Yourself You're half way down the road.
00:44:26: When you look back Do even recognise where are who you are, what your saying and doing.
00:44:34: You have to check in with yourself.
00:44:37: I love that.
00:44:39: Angie whats next for you?
00:44:41: I keep feeling books so i don't know whats going
00:44:43: on!
00:44:43: It's really interesting because...
00:44:46: For the minute we sit down like she is gonna write a book about this situation its inner childs healing woman voice coming.
00:44:57: Something's coming your way.
00:44:58: I've had three publishers ask me if i would write my radio story.
00:45:06: Oh,
00:45:07: my word!
00:45:08: Yes.
00:45:08: Coupled with... life?
00:45:13: Yes And I sat down one publisher and it wasn't until she said that book will spark off public speaking.
00:45:27: I was... Women.
00:45:28: Yes, yes and yes!
00:45:30: So it is something that i am looking at-
00:45:33: That's a confirmation today?
00:45:34: Yeah yeah It's a Confirmation.
00:45:36: It just dropped And I said..I bet it doesn't
00:45:39: matter
00:45:39: I'm gonna step out and say
00:45:41: it Because she said to me this one specific publisher said To Me At the moment you are utilising your voice and sharing yourself effectively in an empty room.
00:45:55: Yes, but now I need to feel the... Right.
00:45:57: So she said to me this is so... Oh God!
00:46:00: She said to we you go in an empty room and when people say what do you for a living?
00:46:07: I never say i'm radio presenter or always saying oh sit in an open room for three hours talking myself hoping that somebody's listening.
00:46:14: They're like are you okay?
00:46:17: And then they explain it all right great ok get into the Radio Studio.
00:46:22: This specific publisher says How about going into some rooms full of women?
00:46:26: You're
00:46:28: doing it.
00:46:28: How
00:46:28: about walking in to some rooms, full of woman now... Full of families!
00:46:34: Full of little angies that are breaking the mold to become healed and bigger
00:46:40: angies?!
00:46:41: How about doing that?

00:46:51: When we finish in Europe How about America?
00:46:54: When you finish a word, how about Canada and Africa.

00:47:16: Creation doesn't stay in one spot.
00:47:19: The top of one mountain is the bottom.
00:47:21: Right, so you're just going to be... ...going into the next era your creativity.
00:47:27: and that's where there are more people responding back saying wow okay she has come from this to another.
00:47:37: I'm inspired by it because i want take action in my life.
00:47:40: how do not know?
00:47:42: There could have been many young girls listening even today.
00:47:46: I want to do that.
00:47:49: Yeah, i wanna Do what she does.
00:47:51: how do i even get there?
00:47:53: What do i do?
00:47:55: But you're giving them the real guts of this.
00:47:57: it's a real Real stories and i think thats important And Already people are saying That You should be doing that!
00:48:06: You're gonna get.
00:48:07: Sorry but you're going to be pushed into It.
00:48:10: yeah
00:48:11: probably whether you like it or not you're Gonna Be absolutely fine because you know its part Of your mission.
00:48:19: Isn't that important?
00:48:21: It definitely is.
00:48:24: It's a very powerful thing to be able to give in a platform such as yours, That will actually bring some good into humanity.
00:48:35: It really it because you have one responsibility and two necessity To bring goodness...to people A powerful place to be in.
00:48:51: and it's not about, It is a spiritual thing
00:48:58: that
00:48:58: you have been granted this responsibility To speak into people's hearts.
00:49:09: And thats going change everything I think In your life.
00:49:15: From the room
00:49:17: We shall see.
00:49:18: Isn't it amazing?
00:49:19: Honestly i've not shared.
00:49:23: When she said, you're sitting in an empty room.
00:49:26: She said how about taking your voice into some full rooms?
00:49:32: and because I say social media isn't my primary skill?
00:49:36: She said people want to see you cause you might feel oh no they don't wanna see me...she said oh anyway!
00:49:42: Anyway
00:49:43: it's just very exciting.
00:49:44: i'm looking forward to it because I can already sense it..I am a visual person so I can already see you doing that.
00:49:51: And i see Q&As, people are actually asking real questions because their life is at crossroads and they want to know.
00:50:02: tell me the real truth of the matter.
00:50:05: how do i get through this situation?
00:50:09: Because we're not now looking for um...I would say word gurus or one person have all the answers.
00:50:15: We're looking for real feedback The authentic.
00:50:21: Yeah, truth not the formulaic.
00:50:24: Here's
00:50:25: my theory step one step two three no No I've been there
00:50:30: yeah?
00:50:31: Yeah
00:50:32: i know what you feel i sense it and All i can say from my experience is this
00:50:37: yeah
00:50:38: Not all You have
00:50:39: to do in your
00:50:39: way.
00:50:40: Can you see that?
00:50:41: That's a shift?
00:50:42: because why are we going To social media?
00:50:43: We're looking more deeply into that for not Looking For someone to tell us.
00:50:48: These are the five steps to shift your mind.
00:50:51: We're
00:50:52: sharing our life story, aren't we?
00:50:55: And it always comes back to the women in this circle storytelling which created what culture and that's a part of what you were doing.
00:51:08: Oh!
00:51:09: I didn't
00:51:10: want say that but... You've just got me
00:51:14: Your shifting culture.
00:51:18: But I sense that you are shifting culture, which is stories.
00:51:24: What stories are we telling ourselves?
00:51:27: Can you tell the women one thing that you would like to express them about how important their story is?
00:51:37: Yeah Believe in The value of your story.
00:51:45: It could be painful.
00:51:47: yeah
00:51:47: You will Be triumphant.
00:51:50: pain don't last for long.
00:51:51: At
00:51:52: the time, it might feel.
00:51:54: when is this going to end?
00:51:56: But I would be...I'd hazard a guess that anyone who's gone through pain in whatever shape or form will come out on other side and then they stop focusing on the pain.
00:52:07: We'll say do you know what?
00:52:08: That's why we went though there which was because of things like never saying why me!
00:52:16: You've come thru another side..you see the lesson ,the triumph.
00:52:21: ..you see results And you go, that's why I went through that.
00:52:26: Somebody else is there waiting!
00:52:29: So your story carries weight it's powerful.
00:52:33: You may tell a story believing you're the only person going through this scenario.
00:52:39: We do that don't we?
00:52:40: We think we are the only one.
00:52:42: That's why we isolate ourselves because were embarrassed and we say oh my goodness i feel so stupid.
00:52:47: And it's not till you start opening your mouth and telling your story that someone either gives you an answer or says, oh my goodness I went through there.
00:52:56: So your story carries weight has power?
00:52:58: Yes...and it travels
00:53:02: because we're all going though.
00:53:05: somebody right now in Canada Or America or wherever In the world is Going Through Something Similar If Not Identical to me To You.
00:53:16: We're all going through it.
00:53:17: And I think that's the global connection That we have as women
00:53:21: Yes
00:53:22: and i think, As women as well Especially since The rise of the woman voice When she has become A force to be reckoned with
00:53:33: yes!
00:53:35: In her place in the workplace Whatever that workplace is Is being embraced more.
00:53:43: So we need To hear each other stories.
00:53:45: You do need to hear Each others' story
00:53:47: Because that props us up.
00:53:50: So we're encouraging the women to speak their story.
00:53:53: Absolutely,
00:53:54: absolutely!
00:53:56: And
00:53:56: if you are going through something whether it's marriage financial health job whatever there must be somebody in your life that you know can completely at ease with telling a story too.
00:54:12: They will either... If they aren't not going though same thing..They'll embrace and hold up and feed your soul, give you the strength to carry on.
00:54:21: Or they'll go... Do ya know what?
00:54:23: I thought that was only one!
00:54:24: Yeah!
00:54:26: What do we
00:54:26: need?!
00:54:26: Do ya'know what i mean?
00:54:27: I'm not going crazy.
00:54:29: Thank goodness it's me.
00:54:30: And you then give that person permission to open up because you told your story.
00:54:36: And
00:54:37: opportunities come when we think, hey I know this person who knows the person and all share stories but suddenly...
00:54:43: That's where global connection comes in!
00:54:46: So is it Marianne Williamson?
00:54:47: She says there was nothing enlightened about shrinking so others will not feel intimidated by her presence.
00:54:56: You may have a story which needs to be told But because of embarrassment, you shrink.
00:55:02: Yeah?
00:55:04: That's how I also take that.
00:55:05: it's not only about me elevating at work or in a position and i think oh my goodness...I'm upsetting her.
00:55:13: let me hold back.
00:55:15: no!
00:55:15: It's not just that ...it's about shrinking.
00:55:18: because I'm all so embarrassed because I didn't say whatever or do whatever but I'm not enlightening myself.
00:55:27: and because i've told you, You then go do you know what?
00:55:31: I have gone through exactly the same thing straight away.
00:55:35: I open up.
00:55:36: Yes!
00:55:36: You then open it up Because you realise hang on...I am going to this same thing.
00:55:41: There's our connection.
00:55:42: there is a double flow of something else fantastic that could happen.
00:55:46: and there's the energy, there you go.
00:55:48: There is the expansion yeah!
00:55:49: And there's a creativity ,and there are books, there's music, there're films... Yeah!
00:55:53: ...there's the artistry of the new Renaissance birthed because we all decided
00:55:59: to tell a story.
00:56:01: Stories aren't going anywhere?
00:56:03: No they not.. They don't....And The day they do..... Well they're
00:56:06: NOT going anywhere.
00:56:09: It has been an absolute pleasure having.
00:56:13: We might as well have part two, part three.
00:56:17: Do you know and I've not looked down at anything?
00:56:21: Nothing that I wrote here by the way was even discussed because i do believe this is orchestrated in a very different way.
00:56:32: This is such an amazing talk with I am believing for the
00:56:38: next level.
00:56:39: Yeah, it's crazy isn't?
00:56:40: And
00:56:41: you're going to keep in touch with me about it and we are having you back on show anyway... I'd love too!
00:56:45: ...and talking now of a full room
00:56:48: people.
00:56:49: Oh my gosh!
00:56:53: Get your moves ready but thank you Angie.
00:56:57: Thank You Danielle.
00:57:06: Today i'm wearing Celine Dion top.
00:57:12: I'm actually wearing this Celine Dion top today because it's important to me as she is someone who...I have a deep, deep-deep resonance with her and her artistic discipline of looking after her tool which is her voice.
00:57:38: Her voice is her tool!
00:57:40: And we all know what that feels like.
00:57:43: If your tools go missing or they get taken away, how on earth are you going to utilise what your gift is?
00:57:51: Which it's a tool.
00:57:54: Now today I had the pleasure of talking to very well respected radio host and broadcaster And she specifically talked about her voice being her tool.
00:58:08: How much she needed look after.
00:58:13: This was quite interesting because it's a topic in an area that I don't think has been really spoken about to this level and depth, cause we went into spiritual attributes of what the voice holds.
00:58:27: It holds power, it holds influence, it also holds expansion.
00:58:32: so if you're not looking after it... What could possibly happen is that it becomes silenced damaged?
00:58:43: And even to the point where it's non-existent.
00:58:48: Where are you looking in after your tool?
00:58:51: Where're y'all looking after what your gift is, What Are You Doing To Keep It At Its
00:58:58: Highest?".
00:59:01: She had said that she doesn't go out late at night for loud places when she has to use her voice... She drinks warm clothes and doesn't have cold drinks!
00:59:15: These Disciplines are what actually gets you to the next level.
00:59:23: Now, I'm sure people like Celine Dion who...I don't personally know she's had to sacrifice a lot of things maybe not go to late-night parties?
00:59:31: Maybe not going after parties!
00:59:33: Maybe not do the things that she really wanted to do so she could look after her gift.
00:59:39: You see, when you are amplifying your gift and voice... ...you have to look after what's been given.
00:59:46: You have to nurture it!
00:59:48: You HAVE TO take care of it!
00:59:50: YOU HAVE TO LOVE IT even if you feel like you don't want a part but sometimes just wanna give up.
00:59:59: But the GREATNESS OF THIS is that EVERY LOW AND EVERY HIGH has such a learning experience for you.
01:00:08: It's teaching something about YOU, your discipline!
01:00:14: Are you getting up in the morning?
01:00:16: ARE you doing things that you love?
01:00:18: Are you learning?
01:00:19: Are are
01:00:19: expanding?!
01:00:21: This is all part of amplifying your gift and voice... this is all parts to story.
01:00:29: it's also part of soul work.
01:00:31: its' all part.
01:00:32: what her voice impacts here is to see you be the best and biggest version of yourself.
01:00:40: And, to be inspired... To take small steps towards what YOU really desire!
01:00:48: I'm not asking you to jump & leap everywhere and then BALL ON YOUR
01:00:52: FACE!!!
01:00:54: It's more about....I've taken that little SMALL step and now i am going to TAKE THE NEXT STEP AND THEN YOU START TO SEE THE ROAD AHEAD.
01:01:01: But it all part discipline.
01:01:03: It's all part of becoming that version of yourself.
01:01:08: That is consistent and not needing outside exterior people or situations to push you, You can motivate your
01:01:22: self!
